Alec Renfroe

Alec Renfroe joined Dynamic Core’s investment team in 2026, building on his portfolio value creation engagements with the firm that began in 2024.

Prior to Dynamic Core, Alec spent four years as a consultant at Bain & Company, where he supported industry-leading private equity funds with commercial due diligence and post-acquisition value creation. Alec also served as a Naval Officer for seven years, leading teams in high-stakes operational environments around the world.

Alec received his B.A. in Neuroscience with a minor in Finance, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. Outside of the office, Alec is first and foremost a proud father. He volunteers with his church and enjoys spending time outdoors, including freediving and climbing.
