Thomas C. Cooperrider

Thomas Cooperrider joined Dynamic Core in 2017 focusing on business development, deal execution, and portfolio company monitoring and support. Thomas currently serves as Vice Chairman of both Atomic Data and Level Agency and as a Director on the boards of ToyTec Lifts, CustomDrive, SmartSource, and Ecosystems.

Prior to Dynamic Core, Thomas worked in investment banking at Drake Star Partners in New York, where he supported senior bankers in executing mergers, acquisitions, and private placements in the technology, media, and communications sectors. Previously, he worked in the valuation and transaction opinion group at Berkeley Research Group.

Thomas is a former board member and chairman at Wondermore Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit that brings acclaimed authors and illustrators into Boston-area Title 1 schools emphasizing inclusion and diversity so that students will see themselves reflected in the literature they read.

Thomas received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), an MS in Finance from Boston College, and is a CFA charterholder. He is also currently an MBA candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He lives in Greater Boston with his wife and enjoys traveling, sailing, and cooking.
