Connor Bozzo joined Dynamic Core Capital in 2022 and is responsible for evaluating, executing, and overseeing new platform investments and add-on acquisitions. He works closely with management teams and firm leadership throughout the investment lifecycle, from sourcing and diligence through transaction execution and portfolio company oversight. Connor also serves on the boards of select portfolio companies and helps drive key strategic initiatives and value creation efforts.

In addition to his investment responsibilities, Connor leads the firm’s business development function, overseeing proprietary sourcing initiatives and managing relationships with intermediaries, executives, and industry participants. He also oversees the firm’s Executive Partnership Program, partnering with operating executives and industry leaders to develop investment theses, evaluate opportunities, and support portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Dynamic Core Capital, Connor worked in investment banking at KPMG Corporate Finance in New York, NY, where he supported senior bankers in executing mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, buyouts, and recapitalizations in the business services sector. Connor began his career in investment banking at TrueNorth Capital Partners in Stamford, CT. Connor received his B.S. in Finance with honors from Fairfield University’s Charles F. Dolan School of Business. Outside of the office, Connor enjoys golfing, maintaining an active lifestyle through physical fitness, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
