Anne Bayley “AB” Shoemaker joined Dynamic Core in 2024, focusing on business development, deal execution, and portfolio company monitoring and support.

Before Dynamic Core, AB worked in investment banking at TD Securities where she assisted in executing mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and financings in the energy sector across oil and gas, renewables, and chemicals companies.

AB received a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Marketing with specializations in Energy and Entrepreneurship from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. Outside of the office, AB enjoys the Jacksonville Jaguars, NYT mini crosswords, and pickleball.
